NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY 

Busy Bags NZ ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://busybags.co.nz) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

We offer flat delivery charges below: 

• North Island Deliveries - $8.00
• South Island Deliveries - $10.00

There is an extra charge of $2.50 if your address is rural. 

Orders over $100.00 will be delivered free of charge anywhere in New Zealand

Delivery Times

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES *** PLEASE ALLOW FOR DELAYS DURING COVID ALERT LEVEL 3 

We will do our best to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days to receive your order, however delivery to the South Island and some rural areas may take longer to arrive. 

Orders that are placed on a Friday will be dispatched after the weekend. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Customers outside of New Zealand please send us an email to busybags.nz@gmail.com with your order and address. We will then calculate a shipping price for you.
